Our soap dishes are made of beautiful, robust earthenware, handcrafted by the Potters' Guild of Vilnius, Lithuania: Vilniaus Puodžių Cechas. Completely custom-made for our soap.
This holder is designed for one bar of soap on the sink, although you can fit two if you turn the soap a quarter.

Each soap dish is unique; they are handmade and fired in special ovens. Following a unique medieval process, the holders made of Lithuanian clay are quenched after firing. This creates beautiful colour patterns on the surface. You can read more about the pottery in this blog.

The soap dish comes in gift packaging as shown in the photo. It includes a new booklet with background stories about the potters' guild and about us.
