All orders placed before 8PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. You will receive a track&trace by email, so you can track your order.

On average you will receive your order within 1 to 2 days after shipment. If you have not received your order within 5 days, please feel free to contact us.

During the month of December, your order may be delayed due to heavy traffic.

We charge the following shipping costs:
- under € 45: € 4,95
- between € 45 and € 85: € 1,95
- over € 85: free shipping

Pick up your order
Picking up your order in Utrecht is not possible.

Our stock is safe and secure at our partner's facilities. They take care of the shipping. Therefore we cannot control which company will ship your order. If you have a reasonable preference: please contact us. In some cases there are good reasons to ask for a specific company to ship your order.
